This weekend I was invited over to the wonderful country of Romania yet again (1 2 3), This time to facilitate Startup Weekend Iasi (pronounced something like “ee-ash”) in the far far east of the country.
And what an incredibly spectacularly stellar weekend it was!

I was recently honored and delighted to be invited to moderate (MC) and coach the participating startups at the ADVANCE Day in Cologne featuring international media types, entrepreneurs and investors like the legendary Morten Lund for a day of talks, seminars and workshops.
This weekend saw the first ever Startup Weekend Education in Germany – in Cologne! And what a weekend it was!

5x simultaneous Startup Weekends at 5x universities in Tehran, Iran – The world’s LARGEST Startup Weekend event!
I was super humbled and excited to be invited to facilitate the largest of five SIMULTANEOUS Startup Weekends in Tehran, Iran this week at the Shahid Beheshti University. (Read more on the EPIC world record on the UP Global blog).
And what an incredible weekend (well, in Iran it was technically in the week as Startup Weekends are not held on weekends here for religious reasons) it was!
This weekend I was invited back to Slovakia to facilitate at Startup Weekend Bratislava in the capital. And what a spectacular weekend it was!
